Manager / Senior Corporate Lawyer ready for a managerial role

We are looking for someone with experience in corporate law gained at a law firm, notary firm of in the financial services.  Someone who is already in a manager position or a Senior Corporate Lawyer who wants to make a step to a managerial role. Someone who’s good at communication, performance management and who can support and bring a team to the next level

Responsibilities

• Responsible for and overviewing the legal matters, legal advice and services in the team. 
• Coaching and managing the team.
• Coordination of the tasks in the team and overseeing all the activities.
• Support and bring the team to the next level.
• Identifying compliance risks within the team's client portfolio.

Experience

• Master in Law (Dutch Law with emphasis on Company law, Notary law or Fiscal law).
• A minimum of 5-8 years’ relevant experience (Book 2) in a corporate environment. 
• WFT experience is a big plus. 
• Some experience in supervising and coaching team members.
• Excellent command of the English and Dutch language, verbally and written
