Lawyer/ Legal Counsel Depositary

As a Lawyer Depositary your clients will be the top Private Equity houses from the Netherlands and the globe whenever they manage a Dutch Fund and must comply to AIFMD.

You will be working in a team of 6 to 8 colleagues with legal and financial backgrounds, who are highly dedicated and regulatory orientated professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Reviewing cash-flows related to investments and fund expenses.
• Maintaining an up-to date asset register,
• Identify investments and divestments and review all related deal documentation.
• Complete quarterly and annual reviews.
• Correspondence with all parties involved.
• Assisting with the on-boarding processes for new clients.

Profile 

• Bachelor or Master in Dutch Law (Corporate Law, Notary law or Fiscal law) 
• 2-5 years’ experience in a corporate environment with Private Equity is a pré.
• Excellent command of English language, verbal and written.
• Preferable also Dutch.
• Strong personality, team player, independent and focus on quality.
